More Pictures from Texas

Picture 1: James feeding the dolphins at Sea World. He did let the other kids have a chance too.

Picture 2: Jeremy, me, Bee & Julie watching the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade in the RV living room. There were actually 4 more people on the other couch if you can believe it.
Picture 3: Another tarantula picture for Janet. These things were all over Big Bend. It was a very unique park and not at all like the rest of Texas. The best part was soaking our feet in some hot springs right along the Rio Grande.

Picture 4: Me holding a lizard James found in Big Bend. He didn't trust me to get the right aperture on the camera so I had the pleasure of posing with it instead. What is aperture anyway?

Picture 5: Maragret Beth & Emily running to the ocean for the first time. They had so much fun playing in the waves and the rest of us enjoyed using them as an excuse to make sandcastles. Thankfully we had 3 very nice, warm days before the gale force winds took over!

you are very brave, kimby! that looks like the alligator lizards that (at least in these parts) are mean and bite like crazy! plus they have these extra boney feeling bodies, not like the squishy blue bellies that I would prefer to hold.... I'm guessing that if'n it woulda bit ya you would have mentioned that, tho, so I guess all is well. :)
